I’m bengali, with coarse and dark hair. I’ve struggled with unwanted hair for my whole life. Navneet was the miracle I was praying for since 2023. After previous laser sessions with two different professionals, I was stuck with thick and dark facial/neck hair due to paradoxical hypertrichosis around 2022. I started treatment in august 2026, and it took ONLY two sessions, each three weeks apart (which she guaranteed me in the very beginning but I didn’t believe her because of the unholy amount of hair I have) to see a HUGE and noticeable difference. I also had rough and bumpy texture on my skin, and terrible dark spots from these previous laser sessions. After giving laser another try again, I couldnt be happier than I gave it another shot. Since my sessions here at Navea, my skin became smooth and soft, EVEN though I consistently trim my hair daily (which previously triggered the rough and textured skin). My dark spots are also slowly fading away from the laser technology. After my sessions I did not once breakout in hives or pimples and my skin didn’t peel or burn (These were my previous experiences with laser). Navneet has restored years of confidence that I had lost due to the failures of my previous laser technicians. I even tried electrolysis before seeing Navneet, but the results from electrolysis are nothing compared to what I have seen after only *2* sessions here at Navea. I have really sensitive and thin skin, and Navneet has taken every step to ensure the health and quality of my skin was not compromised. Navneet also provided me with complimentary samples of barrier repair creams, specialized cleansers, and exfoliating treatments to take home. She is very thorough and shes in the business because she cares about the people she’s treating. I am officially going back to the gym after avoiding it due to excessive hair growth from previous providers. I am so happy I was able to find Navneet. I can’t recommend her enough.
